Accessing a Mailbox That's Been Shared With You

Instructions for accessing a shared mailbox using Microsoft Outlook Client, Outlook Web, Mac, and mobile devices.

Microsoft allows you to access a shared mailbox using your own JU credentials. You may access a shared mailbox using the Outlook Desktop Client (Classic and New Outlook), Outlook on the Web, and Outlook Mobile. These access methods do not require you to log in directly with the mailbox account’s username and password. Please note that you must be granted permission to manage the mailbox before opening it.
